Seeking for highly motivated Master Students in Nanodev Research Group

willing to work on

a. Zeolite Synthesis from local clay resources: In collaboration with Industrial Partners

b. Antibacterial Applications; new process development: In collaboration with Industrial Partners

c. Metal Organic Frameworks; MOFs: Synthesis and Characterization

.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• Master’s or PhD student/candidate in Micro and Nanotechnology Department.
• Strong laboratory skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.   

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• The student will be supported by Tubitak project: 118M631; Mikro Gözenekli Titanyum Silikat ve Vanadyum Silikat İnce Filmlerinden Nem Sensörü Geliştirilmesi ve Üretilmesi
• Manage synthesis of different types of zeolites, zeo-type materials and MOF’s.
• The candidate will be trained on these topics.
• Recommend to apply Micro and Nanotechnology Department during Graduate program applications for METU
